To be opened by Jennifer Bott, Chief Executive Officer, the Australia Council at 6.30pm Auditorium, Ground Floor, Australia Council. Continuing on at First Draft from 7-8pm.

First Draft Gallery in conjunction with the Australia Council are holding a celebratory exhibition of emerging artists. Suspended is to be held in the Australia Council window display and at First Draft Gallery. Suspended displays eleven emerging artists who have shown over the past year at First Draft, one of the longest running Artist Run Initiatives (ARI�s).

Suspended features a diverse selection of art that ARI's are presenting in our community, showcasing various mediums and exciting works such as sculpture, photography, painting and installations.

Come see this important exhibition that recognises the role that emerging artists, ARI�s, and the Australia Council play in our developing arts community.

Exhibiting artists: Nuha Saad, Yvette Linton-Smith, Patricia Bursill, Kath Ellis, George Pookhin Khut, Shannon Sutherland, Bronwen Sandland, Jude McIlveen, Kylie Tinkler, Gemma Smith, Stacey Karas and First Draft directors.
