Paul Caponigroclassic and contemporary
Paul Caponigro USA borne 1932. One of the most collected photographers of all time Paul Caponigro is renowned for images which provoke thoughts and feelings of the spiritual nature of things. His expressive printing allows the beauty and mystery of his subjects to be communicated to the viewer with remarkable force. After a period of several years without photographing Paul has turned his attention to his immediate environment. The result is twenty two new prints, each a still life composed and photographed at his home near Cushing, Maine. The first exhibition of this work was held recently in New York. point light now presents a selection of prints from that exhibition as well as some of Paul's classic images from the last fifty years.
