Max Dupain
Dupain's Beaches
Max Dupain (1911-1992) is Australia's best known and most admired photographer. His famous Sunbaker (1937) graces the cover of DUPAIN'S BEACHES, the latest publication from Chapter & Verse, which contains a lovely selection of photographs from Dupain's vast archive. Photographer Jill White, Dupain's former personal assistant, chose the images from the exhibition archive which he bequeathed to her. Jill printed the photographs for the book and this show to celebrate its launch.
